Background checks should be an essential part of any organisation’s pre-employment screening process. For heavily regulated sectors, such as healthcare and education, background checks are mandatory. When complete, they press submit and any gaps in information are flagged for completion before they can submit. So, you get complete information first time.

On your organisation’s side you have real-time visibility of where the candidate is in the process via your dashboard. You can set automated chasing messages at times of your choosing or manually add a text message in the portal, both delivered by email and/or SMS as chosen by the applicant.
